When Nancy Sinatra crooned this tune, she must have been pretty mad at that low lyin’ cheat!  Not me!  My point is put on those boots (or running shoes!) and WALK.  Whether nature trails or city streets…walking is healthy, good for the environment, and can boost your creativity!

Andrew Tate’s blog on Canva (“Why Steve Jobs Took Long Walks And Wy You Should Too“) convincingly argues that walking increases your creativity, health, productivity, communication, and you’ll be following in the footsteps of giants like Steve Jobs!

“Walking is the simplest positive change you can make to effectively improve your heart health” (American Heart Association).  Walking and moderate physical activity for at least 30 minutes a day can help reduce risk of coronary heart disease, improve blood pressure and blood sugar levels, enhance mental well being…the list goes on and on!

And – last but not least – talk about ecofriendly!  Save fuel, get exercise, be healthy, increase your creativity and productivity, and do a good thing for the environment!  Gotta love it!
